An
album like no other --
Top music professionals from the Dallas area, in both solo and choral
settings, sing songs that bring out our best nature, offer comfort and
encouragement, and support the life-changing work
of seven great
charitable endeavors.
The incomparable
Annagrey leads off the album with her rousing call to
action, "This Is My Now." Bruce Wermuth closes with his entreaty
that we "get in touch with our future
- take a child by the hand." The
chorus and the kids fill in with heartfelt songs offering hope and
encouragement while addressing themes from our patriotic values to
providing comfort for victims of natural disasters.
These songs were all arranged by the legendary and
gifted Tom
Merriman, and
performed by top music professionals from the Dallas
area. Clerece Candamio was the principal accompanist.

due: an epic for Easter, our patriotic values proclaimed for the 4th
of July, gratefulness at Thanksgiving,
and a unique telling of the true meaning of Christmas.
Spirit also touches other special times of the year with songs that include a very poignant
message for Mother's
Day and the wedding blessing written for Ed's daughter.
